Scope and ContentDistrict de Montréal, par John Mactier, douanier au port de Montréal, dans laquelle il demande à John Fraser (1727-1795), ancien officier du 78th Regiment of Foot (Fraser Higlanders) et membre du Conseil législatif du Bas-Canada, qu'un avertissement public (monition) soit fait au sujet de la saisie d'articles de contrebande (brandy français et noix de coco) chez William Cushing.
