The second part seems to have been written by a clerk during the Regency (1713-1723), between March 18 and October 31, 1720. It consists of a list of letters received by an important minister, probably Cardinal Guillaume Dubois (1656-1723), chief minister during the Regency. The letters, sent by private individuals, deal with various subjects, including diplomatic relations between France and other kingdoms of Europe, finance, religion, domestic politics, the navy, the colonies and trade.

Scope and ContentItem in two parts by two different authors. The first part is a handwritten document dated March 12, 1720 that refers among other things to the Jansenist controversy surrounding the papal bull Unigenitus. The second part seems to have been written by a clerk during the Regency (1713-1723), between March 18 and October 31, 1720. It consists of a list of letters received by an important minister, probably Cardinal Guillaume Dubois (1656-1723), chief minister during the Regency. The letters, sent by private individuals, deal with various subjects, including diplomatic relations between France and other kingdoms of Europe, finance, religion, domestic politics, the navy, the colonies and trade.
