Scope and ContentDemande de service religieux adressée en 1801 à un pasteur par un parent non identifié d’Elisabeth Posthuma Gwillim (1762-1850), épouse de l’ancien lieutenant-gouverneur du Haut-Canada John Graves Simcoe (1752-1806). Celle-ci sera bientôt de retour dans la ville de Bath. Le service aurait lieu dans la chapelle inachevée qu’a fait construire le destinateur de la lettre, qui s’étend sur la signification religieuse de cette entreprise et fait des demandes spécifiques au pasteur au sujet de la cérémonie. Le destinataire n’est pas identifié.
