Joseph Foyrant cède à Jacques Foyrant une terre située à Saint-Léonard et Jacques, en échange, lui cède une terre de concession au bout de la rivière Richelieu en la seigneurie de Monsieur Cournoyé de la Fontenance. Signé devant le notaire François Comparet (1703-1755).
