Scope and ContentNotarized contract concerning an exchange of land between two brothers. Joseph Foyrant cedes to Jacques Foyrant a piece of land located in Saint-Léonard, and Jacques cedes to him in exchange a property located at the end of the Richelieu River in the seigneury of Mr. Cournoyé de la Fontenance. Signed before the notary François Comparet (1703-1755).
