Scope and ContentPermission accordée à Denis Glaux, voltigeur dans le 71e régiment d'infanterie, de se retirer immédiatement dans son foyer en attendant son congé de libération qui est prévu pour le 31 décembre 1860. On trouve dans ce document le signalement de Glaux, le lieu où il déclare vouloir se rendre, le détail de ses états de service, de ses blessures et de ses campagnes de guerre.

Signatures et inscriptions: Le document a été approuvé par le général, commandant de la 2e brigade et vu par le sous-intendant militaire. Les signatures sont illisibles, mais on retrouve deux estampilles avec un aigle portant une couronne.
