Scope and ContentExtract from a parish register in the diocese of Évreux for the period from September 18, 1750 to May 11, 1751. It includes, among the witnesses for a baptismal certificate, the signatures of Jeanne-Antoinette Poisson, Marquise of Pompadour and Duchess of Menars (1721-1764), chief royal mistress to the king of France, Louis XV (1710-1774), and of Charles-Godefroy de La Tour d’Auvergne (1706-1771), grand chamberlain of France under Louis XV.

Signatures and inscriptions: The baptismal certificate of the daughter of Pierre Delalande and Geneviève Colette is signed by the Marquise of Pompadour.
