Scope and ContentThe king wishes to organize a meeting between all the states within his kingdom, including the duchy of Brittany. He asks Tonquédec’s advice and suggests several topics for discussion.

Signatures and inscriptions: signed “Louis” and countersigned “Phélypeaux”;  inscribed on the verso “A Mons. Le Comte de Tonquedec.”
