Vincent-Marie Viénot de Vaublanc, called the Count of Vaublanc, (1756-1845), was a state minister and member of the privy council during the Second Restoration.

Scope and ContentIn this letter Étienne Macdonald informs the Count of Vaublanc that he has perused the two volumes of the “progress report” and has no criticisms to make.
