Scope and ContentExact copy, executed before the witness Bernard Hale in 1833, of a land grant dated June 15, 1773 assigning 10,000 acres of land in Nova Scotia to John Hale (1765-1838), a colonel in the 47th Regiment of Foot who fought at Quebec City in 1759.
