This subseries chronicles the health, interests and various personal activities of Philippe Meloche. It contains a certificate of vaccination dated 1919, membership cards for the Knights of Columbus and the Canadian Railway Club, identification cards, a list of electors and a souvenir booklet on Quebec's Government House.
