Judgment
Arrest du Conseil d'Estat du Roy, qui casse l'Arrest de la Cour des Comptes, Aydes & Finances de Roüen, en ce qu'il a modéré à 60 liv. l'amende de 1000 liv. sur le fondement que le Tabac de Manufacture Etrangere, saisi sur le Portier, dit Chauvigny, Boulanger à Cherbourg, avoit été mis chez lui par des Etrangers. Du premier Decembre 1722.
