Scope and ContentMr. Gamache, a civilian, writes to a colonel in the British army whose name he does not mention. He reminds the addressee about the plan he had submitted to him and wishes to see executed. He mentions a letter sent to Sir Williams concerning the raising of one or two artillery companies for active service. He requests a response concerning his intention to send his plan to the authorities. The letter was sent via the Grand Trunk Railway Company of Canada, also known as the Grand Tronc.NotesSource of title: based on the nature of the document.
