Scope and ContentProclamation announcing that a peace accord between France and England had been signed on September 10, 1697 at Ryswick, putting an end to the War of the League of Augsbourg (1688-1697), and ordering that all seizures made against the French between September and 2 and 20 were to be returned in their entirety.
