Portée et ContenuActe émis lors de la troisième session du onzième Parlement de Grande-Bretagne sous le règne du roi George II (1683-1760). Le document fait état de mesures visant à accorder des commissions d'officiers dans l'armée britannique aux protestants ayant servi à l'étranger comme officiers ou ingénieurs. Cet acte est émis au moment de l'ouverture des hositilités avec la France dans le cadre de la guerre de Sept Ans (1754-1763).
