Scope and ContentMonsieur Gamache, un civil, écrit à un colonel de l'armée britannique dont il ne cite pas le nom. Il lui rappelle le plan qu'il lui avait soumis et qu'il voudrait mettre à exécution. Il mentionne une lettre envoyée à Sir Williams pour lever une ou deux compagnies d'artillerie pour le service actif. Il demande une réponse pour son projet d'envoyer son plan aux autorités. La lettre est envoyée par le biais de la «Grand Trunk Railway Company of Canada», connue également sous le nom de Grand Tronc.NotesSource du titre : Basé sur la nature du document.
