This subseries chronicles the activities of the Gibbs & Kollmyer firm. It includes the governing documents (such as by-laws and plans to transfer the company from Benaiah Gibb I to Thomas Gibb, James Duncan Gibb I and Joseph Kollmyer), accounting and financial records, and the proceedings of three legal disputes pitting the firm against Pierre Moreau, John Todd and Edward A. Clarke.
