Scope and ContentCopy of a request sent by Henry Paget to the Vice-Admiralty Court for the county of Bristol, in the Province of Massachusetts Bay, regarding an announcement concerning the disposal of the schooner Three Sisters, formerly under the command of Phillip Henriquez, and the goods it contains. Henriquez’s ship had been captured and taken to the port of Rehoboth by William Dunbarr and Joseph Rouss during the War of Austrian Succession (1740-1748). The copy is certified by the deputy Marshal Thomas Bowen.
