Scope and ContentOrdre adressé au major Murdoch Morison par le major Edward Graham, président de la commission d'enquête chargée de faire la lumière sur les actes et les propos séditieux du quartier-maître Ellis du 6th Battalion Volunteer Militia Rifles, rapportés par le major Murdoch Morison. Comme Morison est l'accusateur, Graham lui demande de lui donner les noms des témoins qu'il entend présenter devant la commission.
