Scope and ContentInvitation destinée à Édouard-Raymond Fabre (1799-1854) pour assister au service funèbre de Louise Rebou le 22 octobre 1831.

Fabre, qui fut le "premier véritable libraire du Bas-Canada" (Jean-Louis Roy), s'engage activement dans le parti Patriote lors des Rébellions de 1837-1838. Très engagé politiquement tout au long de sa vie, il se fait une place au sein de l'élite canadienne-française à laquelle appartient également Marguerite-Thérèse Trottier Desrivières Beaubien.
