Scope and ContentPower of attorney accorded by the executors of Anne Jevon of London to the lawyer François Dupin, residing in Paris, assigning him full powers to request and be granted in the executors’ names the annuities due to Anne Jevon from the Hôtel de ville de Paris. Executed and registered in London, Great Britain, on January 22, 1716 by the royal notary Guillaume Scorey. Following the power of attorney, Charles François de la Bonde d’Iberville (1653-1723) certifies that Guillaume Scorey has signed the document. D’Iberville was the French ambassador to London from 1713 to 1717, during the Regency period (1715-1723).NotesSource of title: based on the nature of the document.
