Scope and ContentOrder from the king of France, Henry II (1519-1559), to Jean Laquette, receiver general of finances, to pay Julien Bonneau and Henri Rolland, sauce chefs, and Robert Moyrant, green vegetable supplier, all in the service of the king, the sum of 75 gold crowns. The money is to be taken from the revenue from the sale of the position of wine serjeant for Pontoise, newly assigned following the death of the previous holder.Drawn up and signed in the name of the king by De Laubépine, in Ferrières, on February 28, 1549.
