Inscriptionsl'inscription sur fond emaille bleu: "RECEPTION" en bleu sur fond dore: "TO H.A.C. OF LONDON" au dessous l'inscription se continue (en bleu sur fond dore): "OCT 4 - 1903" en dore sur email bleu: "BOSTON - MASS" et "19 - 03" la medaille est suspendue a une epinglette portant l'inscription surmontee des drapeaux britannique et americain: "Committee / of 100" entre les hampes desquels apparait le dome de la: "State House" les lettres: "A" et "C" marque (au revers de la medaille): "F. l. Gorton Co / N. ATTLEBORO, Mass. Makers"
