Scope and Content
The series documents communications between Simon Fraser and
Simon McTavish in 1796 in Montreal. It also includes Neil McLean's 1811
correspondence with the chiefs in the St. Régis Mohawk community (Akwesasne),
with regard to transferring the lease of a property to the firm of Sawyers,
Ward & Clark.
